Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer
to provide technical support for end-user technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide fast resolution to service and incident requests through
the ticketing system and Slack
Manage user accounts via Okta, Google, and Active Directory, and
support productivity tools
Troubleshoot A/V issues and assist with asset management for
devices and peripherals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 3-4 years of relevant
experience
2-3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS
Experience with JAMF for device management and Google Workspace
services
Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP and VPN
Experience with Okta as an Identity Provider and two-factor
authentication
