precedence over rapid growth.About the RoleCustomers seek the
smartest models with optimal cost and latency. Fine-tuning models
for large-scale applications is highly effective for this purpose.
We are searching for a Product Manager (PM) to define and lead the
product direction for our model customization offerings. This role
involves deep collaboration with engineering and research teams to
develop a powerful, intuitive customization suite, as well as with
Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to maximize global impact.This
position is based in San Francisco, CA, and operates under a hybrid
work model with three days in the office per week. Relocation
assistance is available for new hires.In this role, you will:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI
research by crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution
plans.
- Translate user feedback into detailed product requirements,
narratives, and technical specifications.
- Utilize data to understand user needs and inform future product
development.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including
research, product design, and engineering teams.You might thrive in
this role if you:
- Have over 6 years of product management or related industry
experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied
Sciences, or a related field.
- Possess proven experience in a technical environment, working
with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, define
requirements, and navigate key milestones.
- Enjoy building products from scratch.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and execution
skills, along with exceptional communication abilities.About
